Please read these Terms before using Bodiop. By creating a profile or receiving alerts from us, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Bodiop Ltd is a company registered in the Republic of Rwanda, TIN 155969694, with its registered office in Kirehe, Eastern Province, Rwanda. In these Terms, "Bodiop", "we", "us" and "our" mean Bodiop Ltd, and "you" means the person using the Service.
Bodiop Ltd is registered with the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA) as a Data Controller, registration number 001/2376/0426, valid until 22 April 2029. You can view the certificate here.
Bodiop is a subscription alert service. We collect opportunity listings from public sources — jobs, internships, scholarships, fellowships, training programmes, grants, tenders and accelerators — screen them, match them to the profile you give us, and send you a short set of matches by WhatsApp.
Plan entitlements — the categories you receive and any additional features — are set out on the plans section of bodiop.rw, which forms part of these Terms. We may add, improve or retire features; clause 11 explains how changes are handled.
Bodiop is not an employer, recruiter, recruitment agency, employment bureau, education agent, immigration adviser, or funder. We have no relationship with the organisations behind the opportunities we send you and no influence over their decisions.
We do not submit applications on your behalf, hold your application documents, or receive money for any third party.
Bodiop will never ask you to pay anyone in order to apply for an opportunity we sent you, and no genuine opportunity will either. If a listing we sent asks you for money, treat it as a scam and report it to us immediately — see clause 10.
You are solely responsible for the applications you make and for verifying the details of any opportunity before you act on it. Bodiop does not guarantee that you will be shortlisted, interviewed, selected, funded, hired or successful in any way.
If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, or that eligibility information given to us was false, we may suspend or close it under clause 14.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Free trial |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | RWF 3,000 | RWF 25,000 | 5 days |
| Pro | RWF 5,000 | RWF 48,000 | 5 days |
| Elite | RWF 6,000 | RWF 52,000 | None — paid immediately |
All prices are in Rwandan Francs and include any applicable Rwandan taxes. We may change prices, and will give you at least 30 days' notice by WhatsApp before a new price applies to your renewal. If you do not accept a new price, simply do not approve the next payment request, or cancel under clause 8.
Free trial (Lite and Pro): five days, no payment and no payment details required. If you do nothing during the trial you are not charged; the Service simply stops unless you subscribe. Elite has no free trial — access begins when payment is confirmed, and by choosing Elite at signup you ask us to start the Service immediately and accept that the current period is not refundable once alerts have begun.
Trials started before 26 August 2026. The free trial was seven days under Version 2.0 of these Terms. If your trial began before 26 August 2026, it keeps the seven-day length you signed up for and is unaffected by this change. The five-day trial applies only to signups on or after that date.
MTN Mobile Money is our only payment method. Payment is taken through MTN's Collections service.
Every single charge requires your MoMo PIN. For the first payment and for every renewal, we send a payment request to your registered MTN number. Nothing is taken until you approve that request by entering your PIN on your own phone.
Bodiop does not hold a debit mandate, standing order, or pre-approved payment authority over your MoMo account. We are technically unable to take money from you without your PIN, and we do not ask MTN for the ability to do so. If anything — including an older version of this page — told you otherwise, this clause replaces it.
MTN may apply its own charges or limits to Mobile Money transactions. Those are between you and MTN. If money leaves your account but your subscription does not activate, contact us and we will investigate with MTN and either activate your access or arrange the return of the amount.
You agree to:
Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under Rwandan consumer protection law.
Cancelling your subscription is not the same as withdrawing your consent to data processing. To do both, see our Consent Withdrawal page.
We aim to send your alerts every morning, and we monitor delivery. We cannot promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free: it depends on WhatsApp, mobile networks, our hosting provider and the public sources we collect from, and any of these can fail or change without notice.
If a fault on our side stops your alerts for a prolonged period, tell us and we will extend your subscription by the time lost, or refund that portion at your choice.
We may carry out maintenance, and we may suspend the Service temporarily where we need to protect it, our subscribers, or comply with the law.
Every listing passes a screening step before it can be sent to you. We check the named organisation, the application route and the listing itself against known fraud patterns — requests for payment, personal financial details, mismatched or free-mail contact addresses, impersonated organisations, and similar red flags. Listings that fail are not sent.
We describe this as "scam-checked", not "scam-free". Screening reduces risk; it cannot eliminate it. Fraud evolves, sources can be compromised, and a legitimate listing can be altered after we send it. We do not guarantee that every alert is genuine, that every deadline or detail is accurate, or that any organisation will behave properly.
Always verify an opportunity independently before sending money, documents or personal identifiers to anyone.
Report it to us immediately by forwarding the alert to WhatsApp support or emailing admin@bodiop.rw. We will investigate, withdraw the listing, warn other subscribers who received it, and block the source. Where a fraudulent listing reached you through a failure of our screening, we will credit your current subscription period on request.
This is our remedy for a screening failure. It is not compensation for any loss you suffer by dealing with a third party; clause 13 applies to that.
We may change the Service as it develops. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you by WhatsApp or email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel without penalty and receive a proportionate refund of the remaining paid period.
We may also update these Terms. The version number and effective date at the top of this page will change, and we will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after the new effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Older versions are available on request from legal@bodiop.rw.
The Bodiop name, logo, message templates, screening and matching systems, and the design of our site and alerts are owned by Bodiop Ltd and protected by law. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to receive and use your own alerts. It gives you no right to copy, redistribute or commercialise any part of the Service.
The underlying opportunity information belongs to the organisations that published it. We link to the original source so you can always apply through it directly.
We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Subject to that:
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if you use the Service fraudulently or abusively, if you are found to be under 18, or if we are required to do so by law. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
If we close your account other than for your breach, we refund the unused part of your current period. On closure you receive a final confirmation message, and your data is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, our Data Processing & Sub-Processors page, and our Consent Withdrawal page. Those documents form part of these Terms.
In short: we collect only what we need to match and deliver your alerts, we never sell your data, we do not send your personal data to the AI model that screens listings, and you can withdraw consent and have your profile deleted at any time.
If something goes wrong, contact legal@bodiop.rw or WhatsApp +250 729 909 068. We acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and aim to resolve them within 14 days.
For complaints specifically about your personal data, you may also contact the Data Protection and Privacy Office of the National Cyber Security Authority at cyber.gov.rw.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. We will try in good faith to resolve any dispute amicably. If that fails, the competent courts of Kigali have jurisdiction.
If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours if our business is reorganised or sold, provided your rights are not reduced. These Terms, together with the documents referred to in clause 15 and the plan details on bodiop.rw, are the entire agreement between us.
